For Cabernet, our vineyards situated 100 kilometres north of Margaret River, renowned for its Cabernet, yield outstanding wines that stand apart from the dense blue fruits characteristic of Margaret River. Instead, our Pater Series Cabernet offers classic traits on both the nose and palate, with notes of tomato leaf and bramble, showcasing the distinctive terroir of our region.
As we look to the future, we anticipate expanding our Pater Series with exciting new varietals that will each be crafted with the same level of care and precision. With volumes typically ranging from 350 to 450 dozen each year, our Pater Series wines are a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality and innovation.
