"Fruit from the picturesque Ferguson Valley. Left 13 days on skins, matured in seasoned French oak for 10 months. Beautiful wine, here. Salted black licorice, mulberries, raspberries, lashings of blackberry and a waft of violets through the finish. I want to say pretty, but it has bigger muscles and more density than that, although elements of it are undoubtedly pretty. Very smart wine."
